Poor packaging While hat’s graphics look awesome, hat was just packaged in a plastic bag and was crushed. It would have been better sent out in a box. I would have paid an extra dollar for cost of box.

shipping insurance i'm glad i purchased the shipping insurance, for my jersey purchase they located them back on tract too me. the sad thing is they had to locate my lost shipments 3 times
