📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking info to appear after shipment.
If your tracking page doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry — it just means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet.
🏠 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” we will notify you. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the subtotal of your order (shipping is non-refundable).
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping info at checkout. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages if the address was entered incorrectly.
❗ Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is officially marked as lost by the carrier, we’ll replace or refund it. If a package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, it may still be on its way — reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.
