At FaithLuxe, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@faithluxe.com with the subject line: "Return FaithLuxe Items."

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and the packaging
  • Your receipt or proof of purchase

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

🚫 We do not accept returns for opened or used items.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including gift cards.
  • All refunds are issued in USD.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Note: If your return does not meet our requirements and was not approved by our team, a refund will not be issued. We will notify you via email with available options.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@faithluxe.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the defective item
  • Your delivery address
  • Your contact phone number

We will:

  • Provide a 100% refund
  • Send a free replacement (1–5 business days)
  • No extra charges
