Validity for Exchanges & Returns
All requests for exchanges and returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.
After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be:
- damaged, defective, or significant difference (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print)
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging
- include the receipt or proof of purchase
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims
for exchanges or refunds regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.
Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure

- (2) Your order number
Step 2: You will receive a returns form (including a returns code) via your email. Then, print your return label and package the item(s) along with all original packaging & accessories, and deliver to this location:

If an item you received from cellcrazzy.com is damaged or defective, you can return it by mail for a refund or replacement.
Please follow this procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a return label within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the completed return form that was included in your original shipment.
- Affix the shipping label provided (make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible) and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Products can only be returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier,
or defective in another way.
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, it can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the actual purchase price.
Your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement
within 3-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
